Nathan Blair is the founder of Blair Design Build, a design-build firm for custom homes. As a licensed architect and licensed contractor, Nathan brings both design expertise and construction knowledge to every project. With both an undergraduate degree and a Master’s in Architecture from the University of Utah (2016), he focuses on homes that work well and can be built well.
Born and raised in Utah, Nathan’s deep connection to the region inspires his work, reflecting the area’s unique landscapes and vibrant communities. His architectural work includes custom homes, renovations, and commercial projects. His experience includes work on LDS temples and the UVU Business Center. Outside of work, Nathan is a devoted husband and family man.
We favor simple forms and durable, natural materials that will age well.
